๐ The wisest king who ever lived… but why did he fall?

Solomon was the son of King David.
He became the third king of Israel.
And he asked God for wisdom, not power or wealth.

but also unmatched wealth, honor, and peace.

๐ His fame spread across nations.
Rulers like the Queen of Sheba came to test his wisdom.
๐ He built the Temple in Jerusalem.
Gold and silver flowed like water in his kingdom.

๐ But even the wisest can fall.
Solomon’s heart turned away from God.
He married many foreign women.
And he allowed their gods into Israel.

๐ฑ He built altars to idols like Ashtoreth and Molech.
God warned him, but Solomon did not turn back.
In the end, God declared:
“I will tear the kingdom from your son.” (1 Kings 11:11)

๐ Solomon’s fall teaches us:
Even great success can’t protect us from failure
when our hearts leave God.

It is the fear of the Lord.
Solomon himself wrote:
